river run village exceeded all expectations. proximity to mountain and shops was fantastic, room warm and kitchen nice to have. staff wonderful and informative about keystone. location, location, location - truly ski in ski out. spacious with nice layout and finishes. garage parking a plus. heated pool was open, no pre-booking. kids get free lift ticket.

No staff available, hot tub half-full and bubbles button frozen. lobby lacking, not suitable for meeting friends.

It's superb base for visiting some must see attractions in Keystone. Perfect location for our needs.

We got great value for our money with a one-night stay during ski season at River Run Village. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, and the staff was very accommodating.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of breakfast options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming condominium for the Easter weekend. The location of the condominium was absolutely perfect, as it was just a short walk to the slopes, making it extremely convenient for skiing. Additionally, the condominium had a well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals and save money on dining out. The views of the mountains from the balcony were breathtaking and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. Firstly, the shower water pressure was quite low and the water temperature was inconsistent, which made for a less than ideal showering experience.

I had a great stay at River Run Village! The 2BR, 2BA unit on the second floor was recently renovated and had plenty of room for my family of 6. The unobstructed views from the living room were outstanding, especially looking at the ski slope. The big window up to the ceiling made the space feel more open. The bedrooms were small but sufficient, and the beds were comfortable. The queen size pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable as well. The bathrooms were well stocked. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the slope. The value for the price was great.

I got great value for my money at River Run Village. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchen and fireplace. The location was perfect, right by the mountain and shops. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about all the activities in Keystone.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short walk away from the gondola and Keystone Village. Being able to easily access the ski slopes was a huge plus for me. I also appreciated the convenience of having garage parking and the fact that 2 kids under 12 get free lift tickets per adult. The staff was very friendly and informative about the attractions in the area.

Our recent stay at this resort was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the ski lifts. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. The views from our room were breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room jacuzzi. our experience was wonderful and we would definitely consider visiting again.
